Tri for the Y – Sunday, June 6, 2010
The first annual Tri for the Y Shenandoah Valley Sprint Triathlon will be held at Ridgeview Park in Waynesboro, VA. It is a beautiful course consisting of a 400m swim, 14.9 mile bike, and 5k run and promises to be an amazing race!
