1. Photos and weight submitted on your assigned check in day before 10pm CST VIA The One Percent Trainerize


2. Submit Client Check in Forum Below before 1pm CST or check in will be sent the next day


Once completed, our team will send your weekly updates and check in video!


If these requirements are not met, you will NOT be given a check in for this week unless plans were made beforehand


If you check in late, your check ins will be sent later in the day, or the next morning
